This little book led me on a path of health fasting which helped me get off coffee, drop much weight, and purge and cleanse my body of toxins.  I do the Master Cleanser twice a year, for 10-15 days minimum.  I am getting my 25 year old body back and I am 55 years old.  This is also called the Lemon Diet, and, or, the Tira Banks Diet!  (this is because this celebrity got many on it in Hollywood.)

Not only does this plan clean every toxin out of you, but it also removes any trace of coffee, nicotine, processed sugar,  chocolate, alcohol, drugs, pain killers, aspirin, etc.  Once off the diet, the body and cells seem to have no memory of any of those, so you have only your mind to deal with to stay off of them and not ever use them again.  Also, as a bonus, much or most pain leaves, things like arthritis can clear up, cholesterol can leave, blood pressure goes down or goes away all together.  I cannot recommend this enough to get one's health back, or to remove an addiction. 

You mix some ingredients together to make a drink, all well thought out which heal, bless, restore and rebuild.  This is also a Biblical fast, and you a real spiritual lift from it and also weight loss, but the weight can go back on quickly if you do not change your metabolism and eating habits.
